We take pride in offering beautifully crafted clothing designed with care and attention to detail. If something isnโt quite right, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed
-
In its original condition

With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items not eligible for return/exchange:

Sale / discounted items

Customized or altered products

Accessories (if applicable)
2. Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup services for eligible pin codes across India.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:

Size
-
Color
-
Another product of the same or higher value
If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases at Ruza.
Store credit:

Will be issued after the returned product passes quality check

Will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Can be used on any product on our website
Note: We do not offer cash, bank-transfer, or original payment-mode refunds.
5. Damaged / Defective Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Share unboxing video and clear photographs of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit after verification.
Parcels that appear tampered or opened should be refused at the time of delivery. Ruza will not be responsible for accepted tampered parcels.
6. Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you self-ship the return, courier charges will not be reimbursed unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
