Shipping & Delivery FAQ – RUZA

What is your shipping timeline?

Our shipping duration depends on the product you’ve ordered.
All RUZA clothing pieces require 3–15 working days to be dispatched.
(Exact timelines are also mentioned under each product in the description section.)

Working days are Monday to Friday, so weekends are not included in the processing time.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking details.

Please do not accept a package that appears tampered, as RUZA will not be responsible for damaged or opened parcels accepted by the customer.

Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?

Yes, we provide reverse pickup for eligible exchange items within India.

For certain pin codes where pickup service is unavailable, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and responsibility.

Where can I find my tracking details?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A WhatsApp message, and

• An email
  with the complete tracking information.

What are your shipping charges?

Currently, we offer free shipping across India.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! RUZA uses paper-based, eco-conscious packaging.
We avoid plastic to ensure a more sustainable and earth-friendly unboxing experience.
